Haven Counseling LLC is expanding!
We are a New Mexico group private practice in Albuquerque established in 2019. We are a small community-based team of full and part-time independent contractors for in-person and telehealth sessions.
Currently we are seeking independently licensed counselors and social workers to join our practice.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position, so you have complete autonomy over the days and hours worked, including taking time off and changes to your schedule, along with the ways in which you conduct counseling sessions.
Haven provides office space, contracting, marketing, billing, phone, fax and EHR services to allow you to do what you do best.
We require a minimum of 15 client contacts per week and offer competitive reimbursement of $50-$65 per session.
The ideal candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision and guidance in terms of day-to-day management of their schedule. This is a position where you will be supported, but not micro-managed.
Haven Counseling strives to create an environment where therapists have the freedom to self-care, create their own schedule and grow their business doing what they love while being supported the way they support their clients.
