    Dayspring Counseling & Wellness, in Rio Rancho, NM, is expanding!  We are actively looking for full-time and part-time independently licensed psychotherapists to join our faith-based therapy practice. Candidates should have at least two years of experience as an independently licensed practitioner, have interpersonal skills, empathy, and the desire to make a difference in the lives of our clients.  We are especially seeking providers who want to work with children, couples, and families.

    This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Compensation for our full-time and part-time openings is competitive, ranging from $45 – $60 per hour depending on experience and caseload. The expectation for full-time contractors is 30 billable client hours per week. The expectation of a part-time contractor is 12 billable client hours per week. These are independent contractor positions and require a Master’s Degree and valid, independent New Mexico licenses (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW,). Therapists must also carry their own malpractice insurance.

    Benefits:  Gross Receipts Tax paid by Company • Billing, insurance verification, tracking problem claims • Intake, initial scheduling of patients • Encrypted telehealth platform • Weekly clinical peer consultation and support • Clinician credentialing with insurance companies • Fully furnished office for in-person sessions. • Patient coverage while you are on vacation • Online and direct marketing • Self-motivated clients.

    Dayspring Counseling & Wellness is a private practice. Our philosophy is that to be truly healthy, you must include mind, body, and Spirit.  Our current team of therapists bring passion to their work, guiding our clients to face their challenges and to find the power and strength that lies within them. We provide skilled guidance in a safe, nurturing, confidential environment that allows clients to explore deep personal growth and healing.
